Home inspector / working manager wanted. The fastest growing home inspection company in West Michigan is seeking a QUALIFIED / CERTIFIED HOME INSPECTOR for operation and management of new market expansion. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining company presence and image, and promoting expansion and growth within the greater Grand Rapids, Lansing, or Jackson area.

Manager must possess a strong work ethic, the ability to work in an unsupervised environment, and display exemplary communication and people skills.

Extensive computer knowledge is imperative as is a displayed mastery of the English language, spelling and proper grammar. Successful candidates will be physically capable. Ladder and roof work will be required.

At least some prior experience in the inspection arena will prove beneficial. References and driving records must be furnished and a background and credit check will be performed prior to hiring.
